Design and implementation of a software cluster

For a company specializing in measurement data management and visualization, we developed software for operating a Big Data application in a cluster. The goal was to optimize deployment processes and ensure work continuity in case of node failures.
Each cluster node was enabled to take over both master and slave functions, eliminating the need for separate deployments. We implemented an administration tool for cluster management in star topology with load balancing strategies.

Implementation of an innovative file system
area: Big Data, industry: Automotive
For an industrial oven manufacturer, we carried out a comprehensive embedded programming project — from microcontroller firmware redesign to device touchscreen programming.
The project included firmware migration from NXP to Renesas microcontrollers and complete reprogramming of the oven touchscreen interface. Our team took full responsibility for task definition and sprint management.

Implementation of an end user portal
area: Web Application, industry: Telecommunication
For our telecommunications client, we implemented a new end-user portal where users can independently manage their data, phone and fax settings, and contractual information.
The main goal was to improve usability and significantly increase performance compared to the existing solution. The frontend was built as a Single Page Application with Angular, the backend with Laravel PHP. New modules gradually replaced legacy components.

Design and implementation of a warehouse system
area: E-commerce for Web and Mobile Application, industry: Pharma
For our pharmaceutical client, we implemented a complete Asset Inventory Management System. The system supports multiple business processes including inventory management, product management, online shop, and order management.
The system was integrated with the client’s Active Directory, supporting dynamic role and attribute assignment. The mobile app for Android and iOS works in offline mode across multiple warehouses, communicating with printers and scanners via Bluetooth.

Implementation of iFrame Smart Checkout
area: Online payment for Web and Mobile Applications, industry: Payment Systems
For our client in payment providing and e-commerce, we supported the implementation and expansion of payment systems. The project covered every phase of the payment flow — from terminal programming through backend systems to online shop checkout.
We implemented new payment interfaces, extended Ingenico terminal functionalities, and built a web-based checkout. The checkout bridges the e-commerce world with physical retail, supporting cross-channel sales and increasing conversion rates.

Implementation of a platform for easy integration of new payment methods

For our e-commerce client, we extended the functionality of their trading portal. The platform enables integration of new payment methods and easy connection of external partners and suppliers.
We expanded product search capabilities, optimized ordering processes, and implemented new reporting modules. We worked directly with the client team using agile methodology.

Migration of a web-based content management system into the AWS Cloud
area: CMS, industry: E-commerce
For our e-commerce client, we performed a cloud migration of the content management system. The project included transferring existing infrastructure, performance optimization, and implementing auto-scaling mechanisms.
We ensured seamless data and configuration migration, implemented a CI/CD pipeline for automated deployment, and configured monitoring with an alerting system. The new solution significantly improved system availability and performance.
